Sir Percival Hootington has long been regarded as the finest authority on manners within the Society. Every afternoon, without fail, he hosts tea precisely as the clock strikes four. Invitations are among the most coveted in the kingdom: conversations over his tea service have settled political disputes, inspired inventions and forged lifelong friendships. Born with only three toes on his right foot, he mastered perfect balance and the dignified composure for which he is now celebrated. He reminds everyone that true refinement is measured not by wealth or appearance, but by kindness, wisdom and respect.
