Professor Archibald Foxworth

The Society entrusts its memory to Professor Archibald Foxworth, Royal Historian and Keeper of the Grand Chronicle. His curiosity began when he discovered a sealed trunk of forgotten letters beneath the floorboards of his family home and arranged an exhibition for his village. Years later he founded the Grand Archive: royal decrees and explorers’ charts sit beside farmers’ diaries, theatre programmes and family recipes. The Grand Chronicle remains unfinished by design — each volume leaves blank pages for events still to come. To him, history is a conversation between those who came before and those who will follow.
